For this Giving Season, join us in donating to effective charities that make a high measurable impact on the world. Let's reflect together on the difference we can make to the lives of the least fortunate and our future generations with just a small part of our disposable income.

This year, we have selected a split between three charities:

• GiveWell's Top Charities Fund
• Clean Air Task Force
• Longview Philanthropy's Longtermism Fund

1) GiveWell's Top Charities Fund supports the highest value opportunities that save or improve lives the most per dollar. For example, the Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) works to prevent malaria-caused deaths and illness by distributing long-lasting insecticide-treated mosquito nets in at-risk, low-income communities. New Incentives distributes conditional cash transfers to encourage caregivers to immunise their children in rural Nigeria, and help overcome barriers like the cost of transportation to a clinic and the loss of earnings from missing work to travel to a clinic.

2) The Clean Air Task Force is an international nonprofit that promotes technical and policy change for the climate. CATF values pragmatism and believes all promising options should be explored to prevent catastrophic climate change.

3) Longview Philanthropy's Longtermism Fund supports work that reduces existential and catastrophic risks, such as those coming from pandemics, nuclear war, and misaligned artificial intelligence.
